SPECIAL NOTICE

It was proposed by the members and agreed with a full vote of confidence at the A.G.M. that the following subscriptions set out overleaf will take effect from 1st January 2006.

Some subscriptions have increased for the Year 2006 to cover our continuing development costs to meet the new requirements set out by the registration changes, and our improvements to the restructuring of Kent International Healing Association.  This includes new information aids and constitution, new I.D. card process, newsletters, magazines, stationery and postage.  Also including setting up of our Tutors and Foundation Manuals and the development workshops, also Assessment Manuals and workshops.

In January 2006 we will be issuing a new type of I.D. card to encompass the new name of Kent International Healing Association and U.K. Healers symbol to indicate we are registered with them.

To enable us to update this system we will require a current photo, date of birth and the date of membership with us, (this will be found on your certificate). We will only require this information if the details are not currently recorded with us from our request last year.

ANY MEMBER NOT  PAYING THEIR SUBSCRIPION BY THE 31ST JANUARY EACH YEAR

WILL NOT BE COVERED BY OUR INSURANCE.

Copy of Insurance Certificate available on request.

WE WILL CONSIDER ANY MEMBER LAPSED, WHEN IN ARREARS OF 6 MONTHS.
A NEW APPLICATION WILL BE REQUIRED IF ARREARS EXCEED THE 6 MONTHS PERIOD, AND IT WILL BE NECESSARY FOR YOU TO APPLY FOR RE-ASSESSMENT AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.

As from 1st January 2006 members overseas are not required to include the
UK insurance fees. 

May I remind Tutors please, to see that the new application forms are filled in as requested. Frequently forms are sent in without full information.  Full healer applications require, 2 recent passport photos and 4 references from patients, these cannot be from the Tutor or members of the group, so that there is no delay in the applications to go forward for assessment.
